Kara Brands LLB – Principal Lawyer

Kara, who holds a Bachelor of Law degree from Macquarie University, Catenate in 2022 and has experience in all types of property transactions including:

 

• sales and purchases of residential, commercial and industrial property;

 

• leasing and licensing of commercial and industrial property;

 

• other general property matters including strata matters, easements and property transactions;

 

• preparation of Wills, Enduring Guardianships and Power of Attorneys;

 

• estate matters; and

 

• all types of commercial transactions.

 

Kara is a Central Coast local who first started her career in law in Sydney, working her way up from a sole practitioner firm through small to medium firms and top tier international law firms for more than 20 years.

 

After having two children, Kara gave up the work commute to be closer to her family and took over as principal of Catenate Consultant Lawyers in July 2022.

 

Kara is a member of the Law Society of New South Wales and the Central Coast Law Society, a regional law society, and enjoys spending time with her young family and animals on her acreage in the beautiful Dooralong Valley.
